Ingredients

  1. 250g Oak smoked salmon

  2. 100g Ricotta cheese

  3. 2 tbsp cream

  4. 1 Lemon, juice and rind

  5. 2 tbsp chopped dill

  6. salt and freshly ground pepper

 

 

Preparation method

  1. Pop all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until it has a consistency that you desire.

 

This recipe is so easy to make and is great served with crackers or brown bread also.. a real party dip for the festivities and your guests will be very impressed you made it yourself...
